Child safety is not a feature — it is the foundation everything else is built on. Here is exactly how we protect the children and families who use Future Pathfinders.
Our Safety Principles
Six commitments that govern every decision we make about child safety and privacy.
Privacy by Design
We collect only the minimum data required to operate the platform. Learning progress, XP, and session data are stored securely and never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties.
Parent Visibility
Parents and guardians have full visibility into their child's activity through the Grown-Up Zone dashboard. You can review progress, adjust content controls, and request data deletion at any time.
No Public Profiles
Children do not have public-facing profiles. Display names are approved by parents before use. No real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data are ever displayed publicly.
Moderated Community
Community features require parent authorization before a child can participate. All content is reviewed before it goes live. Profanity filtering and PII detection run on every submission.
Age-Appropriate Content
All content is reviewed and rated for age-appropriateness. Parents can set content controls to restrict access by age range, world type, or content category.
Report & Block
Every piece of community content has a report button. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Children can block other users at any time.
What Data We Collect
We are transparent about every category of data we collect, who it belongs to, and why we need it. We do not collect data we do not need.

Community Safety
Community features are currently in preview mode. Child-to-child interaction is disabled until the full moderation infrastructure — including parent authorization, content queues, PII detection, and staff moderation console — is fully operational.
Community posting is currently disabled
We will not enable child-to-child community interaction until parent authorization flows, content moderation queues, profanity filtering, PII detection, and staff escalation tools are all fully operational and tested. Safety comes before features.
